VIRTUAL GROUP TRAINING via ZOOM

By far my most popular option!!

3 strength & conditioning workouts per week

Join from the comfort of your own home (time efficient)

All workouts include variations based on ability & equipment available

Mondays at 6:30am, Wednesdays at 6pm & Saturdays at 8:30am

IN PERSON TRAINING SESSIONS

All in-person training sessions at Raising The Bar: Training & Performance 

(4720-76 Ave).

There are a bunch of training options available - let's talk & see what could work.

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP STYLE CLASS

All workouts have moved indoors.
