There sessions are about one hour in length with 3 to 6 people with a focus on strength & conditioning. The cost is $20 per person. Sessions are held at Raising The Bar: Training & Performance (4720-76 Ave).
Can't make it to my classes or training sessions in-person? Well, I can design a training program that you can follow on your own
(whether it is in a gym or at home).
